• Custom Items Are Final Sale: Due to the custom design and printing of your unique wedding magazine, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders based on change of mind or client-approved errors (e.g., typos in approved proofs, dissatisfaction with image quality if low-resolution images were supplied by client).

• Defects/Errors by Blissfulday Emporium Online: In the event of a manufacturing defect or an error directly attributable to our production process (e.g., pages missing, significant print defect not visible on approved digital proof), clients must report the issue within 48 hours of physical delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

• Resolution: For confirmed defects or errors on our part, we will, at our discretion, offer a reprint of the affected copies or a proportional store credit for future online services.

• Initial Payment Non-Refundable: Once payment is processed, payment is non-refundable as it covers initial design work and administrative costs.

• Cancellation After Final Digital Design Approval: Orders cancelled after final digital design approval and commencement of printing are 100% non-refundable.

• Cancellation by Blissfulday Emporium Online: In unforeseen circumstances requiring our cancellation, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.

• Production Time: All custom printed orders are processed and ready for dispatch/collection within 14 business days from the date of order confirmation and final proof approval (if applicable), or receipt of print-ready files. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Colour Accuracy & Variation: We make every effort to ensure that the colours on your printed items (apparel, invites, etc.) closely match the digital representations you see on screen or in proofs. However, due to variations in screen calibration, device display settings, ambient lighting conditions, and the inherent nature of printing processes on different materials (fabric, paper), an exact colour match cannot be guaranteed. Colours as viewed on a digital screen may appear differently when printed. This is not considered a defect.

• Print Variation: Due to the nature of custom printing, slight variations in print placement (e.g., a few millimeters) or shade may occur across individual items in an order. These are considered within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.

• Material Stock: Apparel colours or paper types may be subject to stock availability. In the rare event of an item being out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund for that specific item.
